Booking Instructions
- Currently the tea factory visits are based on online reservations. Please make your reservation 30 days prior to the desired date of visit. Please fill in the application form with details for later contact and schedule arrangement.
- The number of visitors per group is limited to a minimum of 15 or more, and a maximum of 60 or fewer.
- Due to the consideration of the content of the visit, it is recommended that the age of visitors is 12 years old and above.
- After your online reservation is complete, please allow 7 working days for application review. We will arrange the visit schedule or reply according to a case by case basis. For qualified appointments, we will contact you on the details of the visit schedule.
- Based on the nature of the visitors, time of the visit, on-duty manpower and location, we may alter the content of the visit and reserve the right to decline applications. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Within the premises of the tea factory, smoking, eating and littering are strictly prohibited, and pets or other unauthorized items are not permitted to enter the tea factory.
- To maintain the tea production and visit quality in the factory, the tour is guided by our appointed staff. Please follow the tour route led by the tour guide. Violators of the above regulations shall be required to make immediate correction or we reserve the right to stop or cancel the tour.
- The tour will be canceled if there is a no-show after 30 minutes on the day of visit without any prior notice.
- To cancel the reservation, please contact us 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the visit. In this case, we reserve the right to decline future reservations.
- After your online reservation is complete, circumstances including typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc. on the visit day will result in auto-cancelation of the visit. Please make a new reservation online.
- Tea & Magic Hand reserve the right to amend content of the above at any time without notice.
